Breakdown of my winning entry for RenderMan's 'Iconoclasts Challenge'. As this is intended for the purpose of throwing light on some crucial aspects of the project it might be missing few things. Please let me know if you would like me to add anything to this breakdown

I used separate ROPs to render out specific sections and then comped them together. This way I was able to  have different sample settings for separate sections and optimize render times. I used the rops colored in yellow for the final render

Initially I was torn between multiple Ideas and they all sounded great but 'Pouring Life' stood out the most. There was plenty of scope for expanding the idea in many directions and it also gave the teapots a definitive purpose
